Program description
Subscribers receive Study Design Studio account notifications and marketing text messages about new study design guides and tools. The program exists to: send account notifications related to a reader's Study Design Studio subscription, and recurring marketing messages about new Study Design Studio guides, tools, and website resources.
Study Design Studio is not a research organization or healthcare provider. Messages never include enrollment offers, eligibility screening, or health advice.
Message categories
- Account Notifications: guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Frequency: varies based on account activity.
- Marketing: promotional offers, announcements about new Study Design Studio products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Frequency: generally up to 4 messages per month.
Opt-in method
You join by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing a mobile number. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.
First message
Your first message identifies Study Design Studio, confirms the category you chose, and states frequency and opt-out instructions. Examples:
- "Study Design Studio: You are subscribed to Account Notifications. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
- "Study Design Studio: You are subscribed to Marketing texts. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Study Design Studio: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to subscribe again." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
HELP instructions
Reply HELP for help. You will receive: "Study Design Studio SMS Program: account notifications and marketing messages. Email hello@studydesignstudio.com or call +1 (307) 272-4123. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
